Email Validation
Validate your email address associated in your WowApp account is a simple thing but crucial. Why? That in order to be able to cash out. When the first time you log into WowApp, you'll be asked to validate the email. So check in your email:
- inbox, or
- Spam/ Junk folder
If you haven't received the email there either, please check if you've entered the correct email address.

Possible problems:
- You haven't received the email
To solve:
1st option: Access WowApp Games https://games.wowapp.com > click one game on it > you'll be asked to validate your email, there are two options: resend email, or change email. 👇🏼
2nd option: Go to "Profile Info" in your WowApp account:
https://www.wowapp.com/account/profile > then edit your email information > save > follow the instructions
All above doesn't work? Change your browser, recommended using Google Chrome.
3rd option: Contact WowApp Support ✉️ support@wowapp.com (you must be patient waiting for their response)
